Melissa did such a good job of representing us during the sale of a home in Tallahassee, that we also used her to find a new home in that area. Her follow-through was excellent, and as we were "out-of-towners", she was very helpful in attending inspections, repairs, and repair estimates on our behalf. Melissa was very patient as we viewed multiple properties, paying close attention to our requirements, and was able to find a property for us that we never could have found on our own. She is very knowledgeable of the Tallahassee area, and was always up to date in the buying and selling process, making sure that deadlines were met.

Melissa is easy to work with, extremely knowledgeable and helpful, set us up with home inspection, recommended local insurance company’s, gardeners, etc. Not from the area she was so helpful to us!
